Repatriation flight request for India

Please read the following information before filling the request form.

We are accepting expressions of interest for special repatriation flights from the UAE to select destinations in India. The flights are being facilitated by the Government of India and are only available for repatriation of Indian nationals.

The final passenger lists for these flights are subject to approval and will be finalised by the Indian embassy. Priority will be given to workers in distress, elderly people, urgent medical cases, pregnant women as well as people who are stranded in difficult situations.

Arrival in: Kochi, Mumbai, Kozhikode, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Kolkota

Price for the flight: Starting from AED 1,181

Aside from the flight fares, passengers will be responsible for the cost of a 14-day stay at a hospital or quarantine institution/centre mandated by the State government for quarantine purposes after the flight. These quarantine charges will have to be paid upon landing in India and passengers will be required to sign an undertaking before boarding the flight.

Terms & Conditions

  • By submitting this form, you give tajawal permission to book the flight on your behalf upon approval and completion of payment, and agree to the conditions outlined below.
  • Submitting this form doesn’t guarantee a booking. The purpose of this form is only for collection of information.
  • You confirm your willingness to return to India in accordance with the terms of the Indian embassy.
  • You confirm your readiness to follow all instructions given by the officials of the Government of India/ Indian embassy/ aircraft crew/ medical personnel upon arrival.
  • Flights are subject to availability and approval by government authorities.
  • An initial deposit of only AED 100 is required and can be paid once our travel advisor gets in touch with the details and a payment link.
  • From the time the deposit is made, it may take a minimum of 15 days to get all the approvals and a travel advisor will then contact you for the remaining payment.
  • Tickets would be available for one-way flights only.
  • Bookings will be non-refundable.
  • Passengers can only get a full refund if the government doesn’t grant approval for their travel.
  • Passengers must wear masks and gloves, carry a sanitiser and abide by social distancing guidelines.
  • There will be medical screening for passengers before taking the flight. Only asymptomatic passengers will be allowed to travel.
  • Passengers may also have to go through COVID-19 screening requirements before boarding the flight.
  • During travel, passengers must follow protocols, including health protocols issued by the health and civil aviation ministries of the UAE and India.
  • Passengers will need to sign a self-declaration form aboard the flight, which will include information such as personal and contact details, address, past travel and symptoms.
  • Upon arrival in India, passengers will have to register on the Arogya Setu app and will be medically screened.
  • After medical screening, passengers will have to spend a 14-day quarantine period at a hospital or designated quarantine institution/centre by the concerned State government. The charges for the stay will be borne by the passenger and have to be paid upon arrival.
  • After the 14-day period, passengers will take a COVID-19 test and further action would be taken according to health protocols.
  • Rates are inclusive of taxes.
  • Baggage allowance will depend on the airline.
  • All charter operations, including the airline type deployed will be based on operational feasibility.
  • The airline reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions to cancel the charter at any time in case of operational and regulatory requirements or in case of non-adherence to the terms and conditions detailed herein and otherwise applicable to such operations.

What will happen next?

  • Our travel advisors will review your request and be in touch soon with a payment link for a deposit of AED 100.
  • Once you complete the deposit payment, we will submit your request for approval by the government authorities.
  • From the time the payment is made, it may take a minimum of 15 days to get all the approvals.
  • After receiving the approvals, we will get in touch again with the link for the remaining payment, and then share your e-ticket and travel itinerary upon completion.
  • If your request is rejected by the authorities, we will process a full refund for you.
  • If your request is approved by the authorities, we will inform you about the confirmation.
